The CEO of Riverton, Lenny brings 25 years of insurance expertise - leading successful teams in brokerages, program administrators and insurance companies, as well as holding senior underwriting positions with Chubb, XL Insurance, and Victor O. Schinnerer, a subsidiary of Marsh, Inc. Prior to leading Riverton, Mr. Waldhauser was Senior Vice President at RLI Insurance Company where he led the creation of and launched the Professional Services Group and Lindbergh Insurance Agency.
Greg founded Thompson Insurance Enterprises, Inc. (THOMCO), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia in 1979. He built THOMCO into a successful Program Administrator before it was acquired by Markel Corporation, where he went on to serve as President of Markel Specialty. Greg is currently an independent consultant and a Senior Advisor for Century Equity Partners, a Private Equity firm specializing in insurance. In addition, Greg is a Board Member and Former President of TMPAA (The Program Administrators Association).
Sharon is a nationally recognized authority on media technology and customer acquisition. Over her 30-year career as a marketing professional, Sharon worked with Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, and start-ups in the technology and financial sectors. Today, Sharon is CEO/CMO of the Mostyn Marketing Group which specializes in Social Media, Web Analytics, and Traditional Media.
Steve is an accomplished technology and media executive who led the creation of high performing sales teams for over 25-years. Starting in the world of traditional media, Steven expanded his professional focus into such areas as e-commerce, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. In 2009 he formed True Compass Consulting to help companies optimize sales and IT operations.
Bob is a strategic advisor to and an active investor in early-stage InsurTech companies. He founded, built, and sold Tennant Risk Services, a wholesale insurance broker and underwriting manager specializing in Professional Liability Insurance (E&O, D&O, EPL & Cyber Risk), and was a Board member and President of NAPSLO (predecessor to WSIA), the specialty insurance trade association.
